When You're in a Fender Bender

- Richard P. Brentlinger

Auto accidents with no personal injuries and minimal property damage are a common occurence on our roadways. Oftentimes when bad weather exists, cities are on "accident alert," and law enforcement agencies will not respond to accidents unless there are personal injuries involved.

Attached is an Admission of Liability form that can be completed and signed by the party at fault so as to allow participants in the fender-bender to go on with life with minimal disruption.  This can help avoid the at-fault party later having a change of heart about who caused the accident.  Once a party at fault learns that there may be repercussions with their insurance company, their memory may become different as to how the accident occurred.

Completion of this simple form will go a long way toward resolving the property damage issues surrounding your fender-bender accident.
