Frank Lopez is a former Assistant United States Attorney, Deputy District Attorney, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Senior Trial Attorney, and in-house counsel to Fortune 500 companies. Frank is well versed in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation. Frank has tried more than 50 cases to verdict, and has personally handled numerous depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Franks legal practice is presently limited to serving as a corporate compliance monitor.
